Woodland weekend Gigha – Paradise Garden with Peacocks

Friday 11th May 2018 – Monday 14th May 2018

Isle of Gigha

A weekend adventure working in the community garden and exploring. Right beside the graceful beauty of the peacocks!

The challenge for the team is pruning back exotic shrubs, restoring paths and weeding flower beds. The reward is free time to explore the magnificent island.

Keeping it local and staying in the community hall. You will need an inflatable mattress, sleeping bag, pillow and towel. There is also a site for camping if you prefer to sleep under the stars.

We will provide all meals apart from lunch on the way there and return journey. We plan to stop in Inverary for refreshments and food.

Pick up at 8.30 a.m Friday right outside the old Royal High School, Regent Road in the centre of Edinburgh. We bring you back around teatime on Monday.
